SALAAMA BRANCH LAUNCHES REVENUE GROWTH CAMPAIGN

Providing high-quality customer experience is an important component in customer engagement strategy. This involves constant communication and bringing the service closer to customers.

That said, Salaama Branch team took advantage of the market day in Kulekaana market – Luwaafu Zone on 9/11/2021 to reach out to customers, engage them, address whatever issues they may have and also grow the branch’s revenue.

The Branch thus unveiled the “Sasulako Campaign” loosely translated to “Pay some”. A call for customers to pay whatever they can and contribute to sustainable service delivery by the corporation.

A good number of customers showed up to inquire about NWSC services. Those with outstanding bills were guided on how to go about their payments, some signed Arrears Payment Agreements (APAs) on spot whilst others paid on spot.

Customers were also encouraged to report any form of illegalities, leakages and bursts as the Corporation strives to reduce non-revenue water.

This was a great way to interact with stakeholders, get their feedback and push the NWSC agenda to the public.
