From new technologies, infrastructural growth and programs, Kampala Water is always on its toes to deliver to stable and sustainable water supply to its customers in the greater metropolitan. Taking into consideration, rapid growth in new connections allover the region coupled with demand to deliver prompt and sterling customer services, the region has taken to expansion by adding three new branches to it. 

The development is characterized as such; Kitezi, Bulindo and Mbalala have been upgraded to full Branches with and expansion under the Team Leadership of; Ms. Samantha Mpuga, Ms. Elizabeth Kemigisha and Mr. Brian Taremwa respectively. Kitezi Sub Branch is now Lutete Branch with Buwaate as its Sub-Branch.

Notably, Sub-Branches for Bulindo, Mbalala and Gayaza Branch offices will be created in the near future. This brings the total of Kampala Water main branches to 28 and sub-branches to 30.
