While carrying out a field checker, the NWSC Ruhaama Area Manager, Mr. Zidon Nkawasiibwe and a team visited Kakindo water source and borehole as well as engaged stakeholders with the aim of ensuring that all was well in terms of supply reliability and customer satisfaction in all parameters.
However, during said visit the team noted that improvements were in order for both intakes thus Kakindo Water and the Borehole as well as response rate.
A discussion was tabled and all agreed on a couple of ways forward. Key among those agreed were; fencing the Kakindo water source as well as the borehole, and responding to customer issues and complaints immediately.
