Having been rolled out a few months back by the Managing Director’s office, the much anticipated capacity building workshops for NWSC staff have been moved online. The trainings, aimed at enhancing performance of staff at the corporation involved staff from different departments sharing knowledge.

Due to the spike in COVID 19 cases however, the trainings were suspended in line with Ministry of Health Standard Operating procedures, much to the disappointment of many staff which did not go unnoticed however, leading top management to consider conducting the trainings online.

The online sessions kickstart Friday 16th July at 4pm and will be held over zoom with emphasis on Leadership skills.
