The National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Gulu Area team, led by Area Manager Fred Busingye, Project Engineer Kennedy Geria, and Sogea Satom Project Manager, joined forces with Gulu City Council leadership to discuss the transformative Prepaid Metering System (PPM), a central initiative under Package 1 of the Karuma-Gulu Water Project.<\/span><\/p>Hosted by Mayor Alfred Okwonga, the meeting included the Deputy City Town Clerk and the Secretary for Education and Health. Convened at the Mayor\u2019s invitation, the discussions focused on the progress and community engagement needed to ensure the success of the PPM initiative.<\/span><\/p>Mayor Okwonga expressed gratitude to NWSC and Sogea Satom for their commitment to addressing water access challenges in Gulu City.
