The Urban Pro Poor (UPP) Branch recently met with Women Representatives and Local Leadership in Nswa zone of Nsambya-Kevina, Kasooto zone, and Kisenyi parish 2. This was to establish effective coordination and teamwork with stakeholders and create awareness of National Water and Sewerage Corporation’s services and programs.

During the engagements, the UPP team addressed the challenge of Business downtime of the UPP Cash flow of 3 prepaid metering systems and provided solutions, both long and short term.

The UPP team recognizes the crucial role of stakeholders in driving policy-making, contributing to equality, and promoting inclusive socio-economic development in society. It is no wonder that they are committed to engaging and partnering with stakeholders to create awareness for NWSC subsidy programs.

By fostering effective coordination and constructive teamwork, the UPP team aims to achieve their goals and maintain reliable and sustainable service delivery.
