TOP BRAND NWSC SUPPORTS CONSTRUCTION OF THE NKOZI ACCIDENT AND TRAUMA CENTER

Mbarara-Masaka-Kampala road has remained one of the accident-prone highways in the country, registering between 200 and 300 fatalities annually.

Being a customer  centered , and stakeholder aware utility, we refuse to just observe!

This evening, the CBS FM Kalisoliso crew hosted their listeners to a mix-and-mingle evening dubbed Kalisoliso Dinner.

The crew started the night with a  close-up with their listeners, and later  a fundraiser for Children with Special needs at Masaka School of Children with special needs Ndegeya, and support towards the construction of the accident and trauma ward at Nkozi hospital.

Pledges from various rotary clubs, corporate brands, business moguls, representatives from the Government of Uganda, individuals and other people of goodwill made commits towards the cause.

Behind studio microphones, Abbey Mukiibi, Abu Kawenja, Wycliffe Luyombya, and Peace Diane have enchanted their fans for over 20 years.

A day to whine Down

From the Katikkiro of Buganda, Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga joining the  Afrigo Band to sample some of their legendary tunes, to KCCA ED Dorothy Kisaka sampling her best moves on the floor, to various CEOs of Centenary Bank, UBL, Stanbic Bank, MTN , Airtel among others tapping on some their best strokes on the dance floor, it was an evening of bliss…..

 

The hosts, Mukiibi and Abu Kawenja, effortlessly made it an entertaining night, made of rib-cracking jokes that sent their guests to laughter all through.

The guests were also entertained by Madrat and Chico, who erupted the guests into wild cheers, the Kalisoliso crew held live shows on stage, Afrigo band, top musicians among others 

*GM Kampala Water motivates his team*

The General Manager Kampala Water Eng Mahmood Lutaaya supported the cause with a table.

Manager Maintenance at Ggaba Water Works Akram Nsubuga, Isaac Rukuuka- BM Nateee, Hafsa Seiko- BM Kikaaya, Irene Kusiima BM Najjanankumbi, Susan Lamwaka- BM Salaama, Samantha Mpuga BM Luteete, and the General Manager Kampala Water Eng Mahmood Lutaaya, represented the Kampala water team.

Hajji Abby Mukiibi and the entire Kalisoliso team appreciated the GM and the NWSC team for the excellent customer service, support towards the cause and quick resolve to customer issues, that are raised on the programme.

In his address, chief guest the Buganda Kingdom Prime Minister Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga appreciated the NWSC Management and Board for supporting the humanitarian cause.

It should be noted that statistically, the Kalisoliso morning program is the most listened to radio program in the banana republic. It is therefore in tandem with the NWSC brand positioning strategies, stakeholder management strategies, customer delight  and retention in the various communities that we serve.

According to the GM Kampala Water, this is an avenue to bond, connect and position the NWSC Brand.
