National Water and Sewerage Corporation Staff Provident Fund Board of Trustees (BOTs); Mr. Otto Methodius Pacific, Mr. Abbey Sserunkuma, and Mr. Stephen Musana have proudly achieved certification from the Uganda Retirement Benefit Regulatory Authority (URBRA) in the Retirement Benefits Scheme in Uganda.
This milestone unfolded earlier today during the Insurance Training College (ITC) 8th Graduation Ceremony hosted at Hotel Africana, Kampala, where the BOT fellows were conferred with honors under the Trustee Training and Certification program.
Note that the main goal of the Trustee Training and Certification program is to produce trustees who are technically and practically competent, appreciate and understand their fiduciary responsibilities to members and compliance requirements to the regulator.
The newly certified trio of BOTs, now stands alongside the four previously certified BOTs, which collective achievement reinforces the commitment of the Staff Provident Fund Board of Trustees to excellence and proficiency in managing retirement benefits.
