
Customer service is the basis of any Organization’s customer experience. It provides an opportunity to engage customers in exciting ways other than the usual. Mukono Branch emulated this by taking the front desk to Nyenje Market on 8.03.2022.
The community was sensitized on the new online connection, PSPs, water supply interventions in the area, illegal water connections and staff conduct while in the field.
A good number of customers gave an ear to the Branch staff and applauded them for bringing the service closer as opposed to customers going to the Branch offices.
The local leaders pledged to work with NWSC to bring the perpetrators of illegal water use to book.
Bottom line, improving approach to customer service gives customers a shared experience that aligns with an organization’s purpose.
