While carrying out a field checker, the NWSC Ruhaama Area Manager, Mr. Zidon Nkawasiibwe and a team visited Kakindo water source and borehole as well as engaged stakeholders with the aim of ensuring that all was well in terms of supply reliability and customer satisfaction in all parameters.
However, during said visit the team noted that improvements were in order for both intakes thus Kakindo Water and the Borehole as well as response rate.
One of the Operators, Mr. Mande Frank told the visiting team, “The supply is so reliable that throughout the month, there is supply and incase of any interruptions, a technical team is dispatched immediately and restoration is done in no time”.
Notably, the PSP operators are very key stakeholders because they serve the low income public on behalf of NWSC.
Mr. Nkawasiibwe and his team also visited Kitwe Health Centre 4 which is one of the Areas’ biggest consumers. The management, just like the PSP Operators showered the NWSC Area team with appreciation for the impeccable service as they pledged to clear their arrears.
