NWSC HEADLINES NOMINATIONS IN THE PEARL OF AFRICA CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE AWARDS

“The Customer is King” is an age-old mantra reflecting the importance of customers or consumers in every business. Regardless of what industry you’re in or what kinds of products and services you sell, the customer is the most important part of a business. Any organization that values it’s existing and potential customers will invest a great deal in great customer service since delivering great customer experience, beats all strategies of retaining customers. 

To this regard, the Uganda Marketers Association is organizing the first ever Pearl of Africa Customer Excellence Awards 2021 and, the National Water and Sewerage Corporation is among the brands that have headlined the nomination list with at least a nomination in all customer service categories.

The awards recognize companies that have constantly endeavoured to put the customer first through deliberate actions towards progressive customer care, excellent customer experience, and customer prioritization throughout their operations.

The nominations, made by customers, are a great manifestation of the excellent customer service values that NWSC stands for.

The awards are very competitive with all brands yearning to take home a customer service excellence award.
