NWSC ENGAGES STAKEHOLDERS TO ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY

In a bid to foster improved service delivery and operational efficiency, the Managing Director of the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha, recently convened meetings with local stakeholders in Mityana and Mubende. These gatherings aimed to address ongoing projects, tackle challenges, and explore strategies for enhancing the quality of services provided to customers.

During these sessions, Dr. Eng. Silver Mugisha and a number of local leaders discussed various projects, identified challenges, and collaborated on finding sustainable solutions to boost performance and ensure optimal service provision.

Among the attendees were prominent figures such as Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), District Internal Security Officers (DISOs), District Police Commanders (DPCs), and governors representing their respective districts. Their presence underscored the significance of the discussions and highlighted the shared commitment to advancing service delivery initiatives.
