MOYO AREA ELEVATES WATER QUALITY MONITORING

Water quality has a significant impact on water supply and oftentimes determines customer loyalty, something that the Moyo Area team will never risk.

Moyo Area team led by the Area Manager, HR Officer, and network staff therefore set out on a mass “Water Quality Investigation” drive starting off with concerns raised by customers with Celecelea East registering the most complaints. The team checked customer points, dead ends and other flushing points in the network while sensitizing customers about water quality at home
characterized by cleaning tanks, fixing pipe leakages that may sip dirt through into the supply
system.

It was a rather successful exercise and yielded exceptional results.
