MAGODES MAYOR COMMENDS NWSC FOR ENHANCING WATER SERVICES

During a recent visit to the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Kwapa-Magodes office, Mayor Omollo James Orokidi of Magodes Town Council expressed his gratitude for the significant improvements in water services provided by the corporation. During his meeting with the Branch Manager Vian Kwitonda, the mayor praised the branch’s efforts in maintaining effective communication and their dedication to addressing water-related challenges in the community.

While discussing the ongoing efforts by NWSC to expand water services to the Tuba and Milo 8 communities, Mayor Orokidi acknowledged the impact of these activities on the local population and pledged his full support to ensure the corporation’s continued success in delivering clean, safe water and improved sanitation for all.

In response, Mr.  Ivan Kwitonda appreciated the mayor’s visit as well as his recognition of NWSC’s efforts, and reaffirmed the corporation’s commitment to maintaining high-quality service delivery while hinting on the ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to achieve the shared goal of access to clean safe water for every all.
