Kampala Water has started its 2022 final quarter staff performance evaluations for the period October to December 2022, aimed at assessing and addressing any shortcomings from the previous period, and providing staff with a platform to showcase their abilities, knowledge, and dedication. The evaluations serve as a crucial tool for both employees and management to understand each other better and foster a supportive workplace culture.

The staff are evaluated based on several key parameters such as sales and billing improvement, revenue collection, and suppressed accounts management, among others. With multiple branches already participating, including but not limited to; Nateete, Najjanankumbi, Ntinda, Kireka, Bulenga and Luzira, the appraisal process plays an integral role in the continuous development and growth of both the employees and the organization as a whole. The process highlights the strengths and weaknesses of each employee, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and set performance targets for the future.

Kampala Water’s approach to performance evaluations is a positive step towards creating a dynamic and successful workplace culture. By fostering a supportive environment and maximizing the potential of its staff, the organization can drive productivity and achieve its overall business objectives.

This phase of evaluations serves as a clear demonstration of the organization’s commitment to creating a positive and engaging work environment, where employees can flourish and contribute to the company’s success.
