Stakeholder delight was at the forefront of the Kalungu Team’s recent sensitization exercise in Bulingo. The Area Manager, Ms. Sharon Athieno accompanied by the Area Engineer-Major Mugisha, Commercial Officer-Christine Nassiwa, and Branch Manage Pedson Wadei, held the exercise to inform stakeholders and customers of the importance of acquiring a water connection and the process for doing so.

During the exercise, the team emphasized the need to have a water connection in one’s premises and encouraged customers to submit their applications to the office, promising maximum cooperation and timely connections. The NWSC team also made known to the stakeholders of the completion of pipe work in the area, charging of lines as well as tariff guidelines. The stakeholders were also taken through the application process and requirements for acquiring a new connection.

In addition to sensitization, the team pledged to support and help customers to ensure satisfaction and reliability. The Branch Manager emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction and promised to do everything in his power to help customers. At the end of the sensitization, the team was available to answer any customer queries or concerns.

The sensitization exercise was a valuable opportunity for the Kalungu Team to engage with stakeholders and customers and provide important information about water connections and services. The team is committed to ensuring that all customers have access to clean, reliable water and to providing the highest level of service possible.
