NWSC- BUSHENYI AREA- GIVES BACK TO NSIIKA HEALTH 1V PATIENTS(BUHWEJU) IN A STAKEHOLDERS CHRISTMAS APPRECIATION DRIVE

Christmas is a joyful, warm and festive season during which we share love and joy. The National Water and Sewerage Corporation’s Bushenyi-Buhweju Branch team chose to share joy through the spirit of charity.

The team led by the Area Manager, Eng. Sam Kiggundu donated an assortment of items to Nsiika Health Centre 1V patients. The hamper included but was not limited to foods and toiletries such as; Soap, Sugar, toilet papers, refreshments.

The in-charge of Nsiika Health Centre 1V, Dr. Philip Nahamya witnessed the hand-over of the said assorted items and was overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation. 

The NWSC team also constructed toilet facilities at Nsiika Health centre 1V which were commissioned on Wednesday 21st December 2022.

NWSC- Bushenyi Area concluded their drive by also giving Christmas gifts to Nsiika Church of Uganda’s Archdeacon, Rev. Canon.

Buhweju’s Resident District Commissioner- Mr Nuwagira Nicholas and members of Nsiika Town Council; Mr.Natukunda Joseph and, Mr.Asiimwe Denis appreciated the NWSC for their culture of service beyond self which has over time fueled cordial rapport between Buhweju District leadership, Community and the corporation.

Eng. Kiggundu’s entourage consisted of; Mr. Ajuna Ivan – Human Resource officer- Greater Bushenyi, Buhweju Branch Manager- Mr Nasasira Edwin.
