Following a quarterly evaluation of the Kampala Water Legal Advisory Services team by Kampala Water Top Management, the section led by their Senior Manager, Ms. Irene Mwase held a follow up meeting to share the lessons learned from the evaluation exercise and the results thereof.
The team further dissected their Key Result Areas and came up with better strategies on how to achieve excellence in the required targets in a bid to ensure that the best support services are given to the Kampala Water jurisdiction and the corporation as a whole in attaining set targets in service delivery and business growth.
The Legal Advisory Services team is committed to ensuring better and sustainable service delivery to all through support of all commercial and governance sectors of the corporation.
