A team from the Ministry of Health led by the Ministry of Health Spokesperson Mr. Emmanuel Ainebyona on 03.08.2022 paid courtesy visit to the National Water and Sewerage Corporation’s (NWSC) Digital Media Hub at the corporation’s International Resource Center (IREC).

The visit was compelled by a recommendation from the Minister of Health, Hon. Ruth Jane Aceng, who sighted NWSC as one of the agencies with the best brand promotion, reputation management, best use of Electronic Media, Brand Influencers and other information systems, during one of their Ministry top management meetings.

The Ministry is also undergoing a restructuring process aimed at improving staff welfare and performance, hence the need to benchmark.

NWSC’s Digital Media team members gave a snippet of some of the best practices at NWSC and, during the discussion, the NWSC team shared that the current performance drive is rooted to the executive watch of the board, and endorsed by the NWSC top management which has created an enabling environment for work and emphasized on communication, marketing and PR as mediums for brand acceleration, assessing customer user experience, stakeholder management and brand promotion in totality, among others.

“Your crisis management skills are admirable compared to many brands. The Ministry of Health and many other Government agencies salute the NWSC PR and Communications team. You have raised the bar too high”, stated Mr. Ainebyona

The team also appreciated the different system flows that ease both external and internal communication.

NWSC remains committed to “Water for All”.
