A team from Community Empowerment for Village Development (CEFOVID), Local leaders and Development partners of Nabulagala-Kosovo in Rubaga Division expressed their interest in supporting National Water and Sewerage Corporation achieve its promise of Water for All via the installation of 150 Public Stand Pipes during a sit-down with the General Manager Kampala Water, Eng. Mahmood Lutaaya.

The partners during a field visit of potential sites outlined their vision of improving access to safe and affordable clean water to their communities within Lubya parish that will sustain the livelihood of the majority of the people in the Urban pro-poor settlements of Rubaga Division. 

Much appreciation was extended towards the NWSC Top Management for always taking rightful positions to embrace policies and programmes from grassroots leaders.
