KYOTERA LEADERSHIP TO WORK HAND IN HAND NWSC TO ELEVATE SERVICE DELIVERY

Welcomed by the CAO of Kyotera, Mr. Rodgers Bwoyo and introduced to the local district leadership, the Board of Directors (B.O.D) of the National Water and Sewerage Corporation met with the district leadership of Kyotera in a bid to discuss service delivery.

The Mr. Bwoyo expressed gratitude towards the NWSC B.O.D for the courtesy visit and thanked the corporation’s management for their various interventions in the area during the peak of the COVID- 19 pandemic. He promised unwavering support towards extending the water service in Kyotera and also support in Land acquisition for NWSC operations in the area.

The Resident District Commissioner-Kyotera, Mr. Moses Dumba, LC-V chairman, Mr.Kintu Kisekulo , DPC-Kyotera, Mr. Hassan Hiwumbire and, District speaker Mr. Francis Lubinga also assured the NWSC B.O.D that they too, will endeavor to work as team to help NWSC implement its projects.

To the issue of intermittent Water Supply in the area, the Deputy Managing Director-Technical Services, Eng. Johnson Amayo hinted on the need to increase production with the help of River Kagera. “Getting raw water from River Kagera will address the issue of water shortage in Kyotera and other neighboring areas”, he stated.

NWSC is committed to Water for all.
